Welcome to BookingMaster. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our booking management platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

Platform

Refers to the BookingMaster web application, including all features, tools, and services provided through it.

User / You

Refers to any individual or business entity that registers for and uses the Platform, including business owners, team members, and administrators.

Customer

Refers to the end-users whose information (name, phone number) is entered into the Platform by a User for the purpose of managing bookings.

Services

Refers to the booking management, scheduling, customer management, and notification features offered by the Platform.

2. Account Registration

To use BookingMaster, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Ensuring that your business information (name, description, logo) is accurate and up to date.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use BookingMaster only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the Platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.
  • Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, or our systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.

4. Customer Data & Responsibilities

As a User, you are responsible for the customer data you input into BookingMaster. By using the Platform, you confirm that:

  • You have obtained the necessary consent from your customers to store and process their personal information (names and phone numbers).
  • You will use customer data solely for the purpose of managing bookings and related communications.
  • You will comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. Bookings & Scheduling

Booking Management

BookingMaster provides tools to create, manage, and track bookings. The Platform facilitates scheduling but does not guarantee the availability of services offered by Users to their Customers.

Notifications

Automated notifications (including WhatsApp messages) are sent as a convenience. We do not guarantee delivery of notifications and are not liable for missed or delayed messages.

File Attachments

Users may upload files (images, PDFs) related to bookings. You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Subscription & Payment

Access to certain features of BookingMaster may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree that:

  • Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan and billing cycle.
  • You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to premium features.
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy, if applicable.

7. Team & Access Management

If you operate within a business group, you may invite team members and assign roles and permissions. You are responsible for managing access within your team and ensuring that team members comply with these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with BookingMaster are the property of BookingMaster or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

BookingMaster is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the Platform or other Users. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Platform or via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
